Regular Service
As a business, we operate 12 months of the year. We do not stop over the winter and provide a reliable and regular service which our customers really appreciate.

Access required

Once we let you know the day we will be along we do ask that garden gates are unbolted or padlocks undone so we can get access to the rear of the property. Bolts or padlocks will be put back where possible.

Notification when due

We will text or email to let you know that the windows are due and tell you the day we will be along.

Cleaning in wet weather

We do not clean in heavy rain or gales, though you can expect that over a course of a year some cleans will be during weeks we have wet weather. Rain water is actually very pure, it's the dirt already on the glass once mixed with rain water that makes windows look dirty. As this dirt is removed during the clean any rain water landing on the glass soon afterwards rarely affects the finished result.
Rain guarantee
We offer a Rain Guarantee so if it's rainy during or immediately after your clean and you feel if has affected the result we will return and re-clean without charge. I must be notified within 24 hours after cleaning if you are not happy with the service.

Payment
Payment can be made with cash on the day, by direct debit using Go Cardless or by bank transfer.
